At House Of The Hound, we value the time and commitment required for successful training.

Clients are asked to provide at least 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the session.

Training services are non-refundable once a session has been completed. Any refunds for prepaid packages will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, with completed sessions deducted at their regular individual rate.

Dog training success depends on consistency, owner participation, and factors beyond the trainer's control.

As such, no guarantees are made regarding specific behavioral outcomes, timelines, certifications, titles, or training results.
